Whether you're dealing with loss, anxiety, depression, or a life you didn't expect to be living, here's where we can start.
What I Work With
I offer support for a range of experiences, but if you don't see exactly what you're going through here, reach out anyway. Most people I work with are dealing with more than one of these at once.

Grief doesn't always look like what you expect. It might be the death of a parent, a partner, a child, or a friend. It might be a loss other people don't recognize as grief at all, like the end of a relationship, a miscarriage, an estrangement, or losing the person someone used to be to illness or dementia. I've lived this myself. I lost both of my parents within a month of each other, and I know what it's like to feel like the ground disappeared out from under you. We won't rush toward "moving on." Grief isn't something you get over. It's something you learn to carry differently, until it becomes part of your story instead of something that defines you.

Racing thoughts. A body that won't settle. A constant sense that something's about to go wrong, even when you can't name what it is. Anxiety can make it hard to trust your own mind, and exhausting to live in your own body. I work somatically alongside talk therapy to help you learn your own nervous system and tools to help when it’s activated.

It’s heaviness that makes everything feel harder than it should. It’s losing touch with parts of yourself. Depression can make small tasks feel impossible, and can be isolating in a way that's hard to explain to people who haven't been through it. I want to help you find your way back to yourself at your pace.

Transitions are a part of living, but that doesn’t mean they’re easy to go through alone. It could be a divorce, a move, a career change, becoming a parent, or an empty nest. It could be a change you chose, and maybe you didn't. Even good changes can bring grief, disorientation, or a loss of identity. There doesn’t need to be a crisis to justify wanting support through a transition.
