Individual sessions: $190

Initial intake session: $220

I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who need them. Please reach out to see if any are available, and we can talk about what works for you.

Insurance

I am in-network with Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise. If you have one of these plans, I encourage you to contact your insurance company before our first appointment to understand your benefits, copays, and any deductible that may apply.

A note on fees: I know the cost of therapy is real, and I don't want it to get in the way if possible. If you're unsure whether you can make it work, reach out and we can see if there’s an arrangement that works for both of us.

The building requires me to meet you in the lobby and bring you up to the office, and I will meet you there at the start of our session. Please text me at (206) 312-2440 if you have any questions or concerns on the day of your session.

The space is not ADA accessible as it requires the use of stairs. If accessibility is a concern, I also provide telehealth sessions.

Telehealth sessions are available for clients located anywhere in Washington State.
